This website doesn't ask you to fill in forms, create an account, or sign up for anything. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on it. We don't sell personal information. Our website host may keep routine server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply to you. Our basis for doing so is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.
Our services page links to Calendly. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you choose to add, and passes them to us so we can hold the call. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy. We use it only to schedule the call, hold it, and follow up with you about it. Our basis is taking steps at your request before an agreement.

We're based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you're in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the European Economic Area, your information may be transferred to the United States. We use providers that publish their own data protection terms, which you can read on their websites. Google and Calendly are both certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We keep emails and booking details for 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we also keep records of the work, such as agreements and invoices, for as long as tax and accounting rules require, which is usually at least four years. Our host keeps server logs under its own policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
