I’m Naomi, founder of Veracitas Group.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of content strategy, user experience, and product design. As a Staff UX Lead at Google, I led UX content design for Local Services, Transactions, and Hotels across Search, Maps, and Travel—work that taught me how different industries actually operate, not just in theory.
I hold a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University and have spent my career building systems that work at scale. Now I focus that experience on a specific problem: helping business owners of all types use AI safely and effectively.
Many of the businesses I work with—healthcare practitioners, food entrepreneurs, to name a few—can’t afford to get AI wrong. A confidently incorrect answer isn’t just embarrassing; it can create real liability. That’s why Veracitas Group creates educational products that teach AI workflow processes with compliance in mind. Education that helps you understand what AI can actually do, and also what it can’t.
My approach comes from direct user research with business owners who’ve been burned by AI’s confident mistakes. They’re not intimidated beginners. They’re skeptical professionals who are looking to learn user-friendly, impactful and practical work habits in the era of AI. When I’m not building AI education products, I run a small charitable baking business and lead the Jewish Coalition Against Workplace Antisemitism, a nonprofit focused on combating antisemitism in professional settings.
